In New York as you know we have all varieties of BEC, bacon egg and cheese on a roll. Some people get it with hash browns, but you never hear anybody say potato. Always hash brown or maybe home fries. I don't begrudge anybody their egg, potato and cheese, but it sounds like it's missing something!
