Pay attention to the price of Gold and, silver because the price is going up an a lot of it is because, a lot of folk understand that bitcoin is like the dollar bill. It is just paper money backed by the government. Two things stand out right now : Overpriced home values and, high interest rates.A lot of voters are starting to see a picture . Bitcoin is a joke.Home value is just a roof over your head.Nice to have but you do not have to be a mansion to find a place to sleep.Just Saying.

Smaller house = more sustainable. Thirty years ago people used to say you should "stretch" to buy as much house as possible because your income would grow into it. I say buy as little house as you can stand because it will leave you more flexibility later!

Appreciate the pushback. In my defense, I think my answer to that question was YES you should care! But I also assume that people are busy and can't respond equally to every Trump outrage. Part of what I'm trying to do here is help people decide which battles are worth fighting.

Not sure what you mean by dispassion regarding Trump. I try not to be overtly political because there's already so much of that and I don't feel it would add any value. But I'm also constantly evaluating what TPP needs to be and how I can offer the most value. Feedback like this is always welcome! I don't expect smart people to always agree with me and I'm sure there will be instances when I think I'm right about something but I'm not 😱

Cheers ~ RN

I'm skeptical of network news and I have been for a long time. Their coverage goes too hard for ratings. That includes 60 Minutes, which IMO has gone overboard in a number of instances to make a story seem bigger than it is. That is pre-Weiss. So I have a bias that went unstated in the story. I thought about getting into all that but the CBS portion of that story was long enough to start with. Anyway, you called me out, which is good. Lesson learned.
