However SCOTUS ends up ruling on this blatant insider trading deal in 2027 (if we're lucky) or in 2028, it's one more norm consigned to flames unless Congress passes restrictions with a veto-proof majority under Trump or the normal process under a more reasonable future POTUS (ofc SCOTUS could rule on the law embodying those restrictions however they want if a live case ever emerges down the road).

How do we restore the rule of law and norms & guardrails, etc if one cult, I mean party, remains in thrall to a wannabe-fascist?

I recall hearing once (it's probably apocryphal) that all the laws involving a simple stop sign on our streets (describing the intent, design specs, location, installation, operation, what-ifs, connection to other laws of traffic, penalties, etc) could fill at least a booklet of several pages. This is where norms and guardrails based on common sense and avoiding conflicts or interest etc come in because it's not feasible to expect every future scenario and enact comprehensive legislation in advance.

Just your President trying to make buck while he is still in office. Is it wrong well probably but, with the way SCOTUS work's now i doubt that any thing will happen that hurt's Trump. The integrity of this country has gone to hell and, a lot of people have just jump on board. This country used to be some place people would want to visit now not so much. WONDER WHY!
